11/19/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved PRIOR TO VISITING THE PROPERTY I HAD RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM A ELECTRICIAN WHO STATED HE HAD UP GRADED A PANEL ON THE TELEPHONE POLE THAT FED TWO TRAILERS, ADDRESSED TO 1810 A & B. THERE WERE NO ISSUES WITH UNIT A, BUT THERE WERE ISSUES WITH UNIT B AND HE WAS CALLING BECAUSE HE DID NOT FEEL THE TRAILER WAS WIRED CORRECTLY. HE WENT INSIDE TO FIX THE ISSUES BUT ONLY COMPLETED SOME OF THE ISSUES, STATED THE OCCUPANTS WERE VERY UPSET AND VERBAL ABOUT THEIR ISSUES. OWNER OF THE TRAILER ASKED HIM TO LEAVE, COME BACK LATER. ELECTRICIAN DID NOT WANT ANY ISSUES BROUGHT UP THAT MIGHT AFFECT HIS LICENSE SO HE WAS CONTACTING ME NOW. WORK WAS COMPLETED UNDER PERMIT T20EL00319 I CONTACTED THE OWNER OF THE TRAILER WHO STATED SOME OF THE ELECTRICAL ISSUES WERE COMPLETED BUT NOT ALL AND NOW THE OCCUPANTS ARE NOT ALLOWING ENTRY. SHE ALSO STATED THAT THE OCCUPANTS LEASE IS MONTH TO MONTH, THEY ARE ALLOWED DOGS BUT NOW HAVE CHICKENS, THEY HAVE TOO MANY CARS AND IS WORKING ON A TRUCK, TRASH AND DEBRIS AROUND THE PROPERTY HAS NOT BEEN PICKED UP AND FEELS THEY ARE NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE LEASE AGREEMENT AND HAS ISSUED A 30 DAY EVICTION. I HAVE BEEN BY THIS PROPERTY MANY TIMES WHEN IT HAS BEEN MUCH CLEANER. SO NOW THE OWNER HAS STARTED A 30 DAY EVICTION NOTICE BUT WOULD APPRECIATE A NOV AS HER PROOF TO THE COURT WHEN SHE NEEDS TO APPEAR. ISSUES ARE AS FOILLOWS: >GRASS, WEEDS ALLONG THE FRONT FENCE LINE. >TRASH AND DEBRIS THRU OUT THE FRONT YARD AREA AND IN FRONT OF THE SIDE YARD FENCE. >CLUTTER ON THE FRONT PRCH COVERED AREA. > JMV IN THE FRONT YARD, TRUCK ALSO BEING STORED ON THE SIDE YARD AREA. >ELECTRICAL CORDS RUNNING OUT OF THE EAST SIDE WINDOW. OCCUPANT WOULD NOT ALLOW ENTRY INTO THE UNIT. NOV TO FOLLOW.
01/05/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE GOODMAN Approved REVISITED THE SITE, FOUND ELECTRICAL CORDS REMOVED FROM THE EAST WINDOW. FOUND THE FRONT YARD AND EAST YARD AREAS HAD BEEN CLEANED FREE OF GRASS AND WEEDS. WEEDS ALONG THE FRONT FENCE HAD ALSO BEEN REMOVED. ORANGE TRUCK IN THE EAST YARD HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY AND THE TRUCK BEING REPAIRED IS OUT OF THE YARD AND PARKED IN THE DRIVEWAY. THE DEBRIS ON THE PORCH HAS BEEN REMOVED AS WELL AS THE DEBRIS IN FRONT OF THE SIDE YARD FENCE. ANIMAL FECIES HAS BEEN PICKED UP IN THE FRONT YARD AS WELL. ALL OF THE CODE ENNFORCEMENT ISSUES HAVE BEEN ABATED AND LEASE ISSUES MUST BE ADDRESSED BY THE OWNER OF THE TRAILER. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
