Arrived and all the units were on site. The owner was on site. At this time the owner is not living in the house due to domestic violence with the boyfriend. The owner staying at another location at this time and came to feed the cats in the house. T.P.D. was on site due to finding people staying in the carport. The 4-males were removed by T.P.D. and the owner did not know the people on site. The owner signed the paperwork and gave permission to have the property secured. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the property secured. Animal Control was called to the site due to the owner surrendered the animals of cats and dogs to Pima Animal Control and they remove the animals from the property. 13-cats and 3-dogs. Did the postings of Do Not Enter on the front and rear windows and the carport due to were staying inside the carport with couches placed inside the carport. The walls have graffiti with gang talk. The windows have security bars and will board up the doors. The wires were cut at the pole by T.E.P. and the gas meter was removed by Southwest Gas. The owner will need a reconnect permit to have the electrical and the gas reconnected. The interior of the house has urine and feces through out and not able to remain in the house. The water heater is leaking water inside the house. The house has not been cleaned in some time. The rear yard will need to be cleaned up. Did let the owner know that when the electrical is turned back on that an inspection will need to be done to current codes and some changes in the electrical will need to be done. RV. |
