10/30/2020	INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT	VIDAL	Approved	Communication called that a car hit the building and T.F.D. was not responding due to no injuries. T.P.D. has been contacted and was responding and at this time no one has been on site. Arrived and a CSO was on site and did the report. The vehicle hit the door area which at this time was the main entrance to the store area. They had an accident a few months ago and the area has not been repaired at this time. The boards are still in place. The Health Deparment was called and had a 2-hour delay to show to the property. The management was going to call someone to have the area secured. They will call if they are not able to secure the area. Did talk to the management and they have cleared the building and only the workers were on site cleaning. T.P.D. has finsished the report and gave a case number. The management has called a glass company to have or check if the door can be put back in place. Did post a Do Not Enter on the front window and also the management has placed an paper on the front window that they were closed. The management did sign the paperwork on site and was starting to clean the area. The workers were putting items away due to closing the store for the day. The business has another door in the front area that was not being used at this time and was advised that if they can't get the damaged door to work, that they could use the other door. There is a second door in the rear of the building for emergency exiting if required. The company from the glass company did show and was going to try and repair the door back into place to check if operable. Will get a call if they need the area boarded up and if the door works. There is no structual damage to the building and the store front and non-bearing. RV.
10/30/2020	INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE	VIDAL	Approved	The management did call that they will need the City of Tucson contractor to board up the opening. Did call Arcaiden Industries to go to the site to have the area secured. The door was still being worked on and was removed from the site. The Health Department was on site and was giving the management paperwork on what needs to be done. RV.
