There was a white pick up truck on site being loaded. I spoke to the Stat Agent, Stephen Grimm who said he did make contact with the individuals on site and gave them the weekend to remove all items as he will be having a crew come in on Monday to remove the remaining debris. I explained to Stephen, that I will be issuing a 10 day Notice to have all refuse and debris removed from the property. He understood it's the property owner's responsibility to have the all the refuse and debris removed and maintained. If we get compliance at the end of our notice time frame, I will close the case. If we encounter non compliance, we would have to issue a long form citation through our City Attorney's office. |
