10/23/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved The office called and the supervisor said to go to the site and check a trailer on the property and hooking a sewer line to the neighbors sewer line. Arrived and did find a 5th wheel parked in the front of the house and was connected with water on a hose, the electrical was on an extension cord and had ABS pipe connected the the main sewer line. Did talk to the person living in the 5th wheel and he is working on the property on cleaning and prepping for a new house to be built. The plans are being completed at this time and will be submitting soon for approval. Did talk to the son and went over on placing the 5th wheel on the plan for approval and that will be for a year. All utilities have been removed while on site and the worker has a place to stay. The owner of the 5th wheel will be working on getting a permit for the 5th wheel to remain on the property. They will talk to the zoning department to check if the 5th wheel can be approved before the plans are approved. Will check the site next week. RV.
05/13/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The travel trailer has been disconnected and the trench has been filled. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
