The ceiling is leaking at the ceiling and has same issues with the suppers. The hall bathroom has a shower head that is leaking on the connection to the shower arm. The wood fencing is not secured and leaning in different areas. The sliding glass door in the kitchen needs rollers due to worn and dragging on the track. Cooler pads have not been changed to be used. The property has pipes that have been removed and leaving sharped edges on the parts that still exist on the property. The front door is not secured and have tried to contact the owner with no answer on the phone. The tenant is stating that she is moving and has a place to go to. Will do N.O.V. and call the owner.
