THEY HAVE GONE TO COURT BEFORE, 1777 STATED HE WILL TRIM THE PALM TREES SO THAT THEY ARE IN COMPLAINCE BUT WILL NOT GO ONTO THE NEIGHBORING PROPERTY TO TRIMM TREES. I INFORMED HIM THE OWNER NEXT DOOR COULD TRIMM THE OVERHANGING LIMBS OR THAT IT BECOMES A CIVIL MATTER. LATER IN THE DAY I RECEIVED A TEXT MESSAGE WITH PICTURES INFORMING ME THAT THE TREE HAD BEEN TRIMMED ABOVE 9 FT AND ONE PICTURE INCLUDE A TAPE MEASURE SHOWING THE 9 FT MARK. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
