10/09/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved VISITED SITE, MET WITH TPD OFFICERS WHO STATED A CAR HEADING NORTH, RAN A RED LIGHT WAS HIT BY A CAR HEADING EAST AND THE THE NORTH BOUND CAR WAS THROWN INTO THE CORNER STRUCTURE AT 800 E UNIVERSITY ST DAMAGING THE WEST BLOCK / STUCCO WALL AND LARGE WINDOW ON THE WEST WALL. THERE WAS NO INTERIOR DAMAGE. ERIC VINDIOLA OWNER OF THE STORE ALLOWED ENTRY INTO THE STORE, AND THE RUBBLE FROM THE BLOCK WAS CLEANED UP. THERE WAS NO OTHER DAMAGE TO THE INTERIOR OF THE STORE. I WALKED THE FRONT WAITING ROOM AND CHECKED THE ELECTRICAL BUT FOUND NO ELECTRICAL ISSUES. ARCADIAN WAS CONTACTED TO SECURE THE DAMAGED PORTION OF THE WINDOW AND HOLE IN THE BLOCK WALL. NOV WAS ISSUED AND SIGNED FOR BY ERIC VINDIOLA, STORE OWNER.
