HEAVY FIRE DAMAGE TO ALL WALL COVERINGS IN THE HALLWAY AND BATHROOM HEAVY SMOKE DAMAGE THROUGHOUT THE UNIT. ELECTRICAL AND GAS DISCONNECTED. UNIT UNFIT TO OCCUPY AND A PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL REPAIRS 5775. FIRE DID NOT BREACH THE UNIT BUT DUE TO HEAVY SMOKE IN THE ATTIC TUCSON FIRE PULLED DOWN THE CEILING COVERINGS IN THE BATHROOM AND BEDROOM. SMALL AMOUT OF BURNING ON ONE ROOF JOIST AND SOME ROOF PLANKING AT SHARED SEPERATION WALL. UNIT ELECTRICAL WILL HAVE TO BE EVALUATED DUE TO POSSIBLE SMALL AMOUNT OF WATER DAMAGE. NO PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR REPAIRS OF THIS UNIT. TEP MAP ROOM CALLED FOR HOLD ON 5777, NOT FOR 5775. |
