10/06/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Met with the owner of the mobile home and went over the issues ont he mobile home. Has a water heater lacking the enclosure. The life line does not have a molded plug and has been taped where the coating has been removed to fit the plug. The owner has looked at getting a metal enclosure for the water heater but doesn't have the money to pay for it. The owner will call the friend that taped the plug to look at doing the installation properly. Will check in 10 days. RV.
