ALL STRUCTURES ON THE PROPERTY CONTINUES TO BE IN A DILAPIDATED STATE. THE MAIN SOUTHERN STRUCTURE WITH BOTH ELECTRICAL SERVICE DISCONNECTS HAS SERVER CRACKS, THIS IS A LOAD BEARING MASONRY WALL. THERE ARE MULTIPLE CONDUITS THAT ARE NOT PROPERLY STRAPPED DOWN AND HAS MULTIPLE JUNCTION BOXES WITH EXPOSED WIRING. APPROX. 30 FT FROM THE SERVICE DISCONNECT A 1 ΒΌ CONDUIT, HAS WIRES THAT ARE EXPOSED WITH UNPROTECTED FEEDERS. THE EASTERN BUILDING HAS A 30 AMP DISCONNECT BOX WITH EXPOSED AND UNPROTECTED WIRING. THE PROPERTY HAS NON CODE COMPLIANT, EXPOSED NONMETALLIC SHEATH CABLES AND METALLIC CABLES AT THE EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDINGS. THE THREE OF THE STRUCTURES ON THE PROPERTY HAS DEEP CRACKS OF THE MORTAR JOINTS THAT'S ALLOWING SHIFTING OF THE WALLS. |

THIS NEW CONDUIT IS ATTACHED TO A NEWLY INSTALLED DOWNSTREAM PANEL ON THE BUILDING LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE PROPERTY. A STOP WORK ORDER WAS POSTED ON THE PROPERTY ON 9/24/2020. OCTOBER 5TH 2020 PROPERTY OWNER HAD ACKNOWLEDGED NO WORK THAT REQUIRES PERMITS SHALL BE COMMENCED WITHOUT OBTAINING PERMITS PRIOR. THIS ELECTRICAL CONDUIT RUN DID NOT EXIST ON 9/24/2020 WHEN THE CITY DISCOVERED THE NON-PERMITTED MAIN SERVICE DISCONNECT. NOVEMBER 4TH 2020 AN ENGINEER REPORT WAS SENT TO THE CITY SHOWING THE NON-PERMITTED MAIN SERVICE DISCONNECT WITHOUT ANY CONDUIT WITH CONDUCTORS CONNECTED TO THE SERVICE. |
