10/01/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Went to the site and the area is cleaned of trash and debris. Not able to drive into the alley way due to tall grass and weeds and trees growing in the alley not allowing vehicles to get through. Did check the areials and the property lines do not but to each other. There is a break in-between the rear property lines indicating that the alley belongs to the City of Tucson. Did call Brush and Bulky plus team and they won't clean the area due to they do not need the area for access to get through. Transportation was asking that the owners of the property clean and advised that I can't send the N.O.V. to the owners due to the owners do not own the property. Transportation won't clean the area at this time. There has been 2-fires in the area due to the tall grass and weeds are above 12" through out the alley. Did talk to my supervisor Martin Romero on the finding and will be closing the case at this time. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
