The owner stated that they work at a site but bring the vehicles home due to the virus. The is no business being done out of the home and only parking the vans on site when not working at the business. They have 5-vans and are all related with the owner of the property. I did let the owner know that I will check if this is OK at this time due to the virus. I will call the owner once I have results. RV.
10/01/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Did an Email to Russyln Wells and Steve Sheilds from zoning at Planning and Development Services on the vans on the property. Received a response that it's OK for the vans to be on the property due to private and no home occupation being done on the property. The vans are only being parked on site. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
