12/21/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on site however Office was closed due to COVID-19 restrictions. Was able to speak to manager who states there was an issue with a leak from the unit above and tenant spoke to corporate and was released out of the contract. A contractor came in and did all necessary repairs. There is a new owner occupying that unit with no issue. Unable to gain access to unit. Will move to close out this case
