He did show me where the water is falling down in the kitchen by the side door to the outside. There is also an area where the bathroom wall is to the living room. At this time there is no water falling down and the person told me that it's not all the time. This unit is on the bottom and has a upper unit #6207. Did meet with the management and they do have a work order and the maintenance man will be there today. Also checked the furnace room and was able to see where the water is damaging the ductwork to the AC and heat to the unit. There was no water dripping at this time in the mechanical room. Will wait for the results of the maintenance checking the unit above. RV. |

Did call the manager and they did make the needed repairs in the bathroom and the kitchen on the unit above # 6207. I did call the tenant back and there is no water leaking at this time. The management is letting the area dry before making repairs on the ceiling. Will check next week. RV. |
