The purpose of a permit is to ensure that all construction is inspected by qualified City of Tucson personnel as directed by ordinance to verify compliance with city codes. Failure to obtain proper permit with inspections and approvals shall deem the construction to be unsafe. |

When stored in the side yard or rear yard and is not screened by a minimum five foot high solid wall or opaque fence. 3. When exceeds 25% of the total lot area. 4. When stored in an open covered porch that is visible from beyond the boundaries of the lot. 5. When stored in an open carport that is visible from beyond the boundaries of the lot where the amount of storage restricts an automobile from being properly stored within the carport. A double carport will require enough space to store two automobiles. 6. When storage items include garbage, refuse or debris. |

BATHROOM REMODEL TO UNIT B, EXPOSED WIRES AT LIGHT FIXTURE, EXPOSED WIRES AT CLOSET, BEDROOMS AND LIVING AREAS OF UNIT B, EXPOSED DOOR FRAME AT UNIT B. NEW ELECTRICAL JUNCTION BOXES THROUGHOUT UNIT B. UNIT A, HAD SMALL HOLE IN CEILING EXPOSING WOOD COMPONTS IN ROOF, CEILING WATER DAMAGE IN LIVING AREA. INSPECTOR WAS NOT ABLE TO CONTACT OWNER, OWNER WAS ALSO NOT ANSWERING THE TENANTS PHONE CALLS, DUE TO TENANT AND LANDLORD DISPUTE. SINCE TENANT WAS IN PROCESS OF CORRECTING ISSUES FROM OWNERS WORKERS AND IS FAMILIAR WITH ANY HAZARDOUS ISSUES THAT ARE EXISTING IN THE UNITS AND WITH THE PANDEMIC MAKING IT ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO RELOCATE IMMEDIATELY, INSPECTOR WILL ALLOW TIME FOR TENANT TO RELOCATE SAFETY WITH HIS CHILDREN. INSPECTOR WILL RETURN MONDAY TO SECURE AND CONDEMN UNITS. THIS ACTION WAS APPROVED BY CE SUPERVISOR. |

INSPECTOR ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT OWNER ONCE AGAIN AND NO ANSWER AND NO OTHER CONTACT INFORMATION FOUND AT THIS TIME. EXTERIOR VIOLATIONS ABATED. WILL CLOSE CASE AT THIS TIME PENDING OCCUPANCY. |
