Did find where some masonry blocks have been stored on the neighbors property near the alley. The owner stated that the block has been there for some time when the metal fencing was installed. Did serve the N.O.V. to have the block removed and the owner signed the N.O.V. Will check in 10 days. The owners were going to check if the neighbors want the block and advised that the neighbors will need to call me on the decision if going to keep the block on there property. RV.
10/09/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Have talk to the owner and the block has been removed from the neighbors property. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
