09/15/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Communication called inspector Valdez that T.P.D. on site with a car into house. Arrived and the vehicle was in the pool in the rear yard. The vehicle knocked down the side gate of a metal steel picket with metal screen on one side. There was a porch of wood frame on masonry columns and one was knocked down and ended up in the bottom of the pool. There was a 4 x 4 wood post in the middle of the masonry columns that was also knocked down. The vehicle was completely in the pool and has to be removed by the tow truck. No damage to the house the main structure. Garys Towing was called to the site to have the vehicle removed from the pool and than the site to the owners of the vehicle location. Did call Arcaiden Industries to the site to have temporary wood post placed in 2-areas on the wood beam to support the wood beam until is repaired properly. 2-fence panels installed where the gate was removed. The pool will need to be drained and checked for damage to the side walls and the bottom of the pool. The water is filled with fuel and oil from the vehicle and the debris from the masonry column from the rear porch. Was on site with inspector Morales. RV.
09/15/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT MORALES Approved ON SITE, WITH TPD AND OWNER. VEHICLE HIT METAL GATE AND TOOK OUT 16X16 BLOCK COLUMN WHICH HOLDS THE BEAM TO THE REAR PORCH. VEHICLE IS IN THE POOL. OWNER GAVE PERMISSION TO SECURE THE PROPERTY. CONTRACTOR INSTALLED TWO 2X4 WOODED POST. BIFF BAKER INSTALLED TWO CHAIN LINK PANELS AND TWO T POST. GARY'S TOWING REMOVED THE VEHICLE FROM THE PROPERTY.
