The other 2-containers were empty at this time. Was able to find names and unit numbers and did talk to the unit tenants to go over on what is being done on the property. Did tell the tenants that if this keeps happening that the citation will given to the tenants with the name found on the paperwork or who lives in the unit on the paperwork found. Did try and call the owner and had no answer. The area was cleaned up while on site. This case will be referred to the department that works with the containers. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
