SHE PUT ME IN CONTACT WITH THE GENERAL MANAGER WHO STATED THAT THE COMPLEX WAS NOT COMPLETE ONLY THE TOP 3 FLOORS, 13, 14, AND 15 WERE BEING OCCUPIED. AND PRESENTLY WORKING ON 1 THRU SEVEN GETTING THEM READY TO OCCUPY. THIS WAS AN OLD COMPLAINT, THERE WAS NO OCCUPANT ON THE COMPLAINT FORM. WORK IS IN PROGRESS FOR THE HOTEL . I WAS UNABLE TO DETERMINE THE ROOM NUMBER. NO VIOLATIONS. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
