THE AREAS FROM THE STRUCTURES TO THE STREET/ CURB IS COMPLETELY CONCRETE. GRASS AND WEEDS ARE MINIMAL AND VERY WIDE SPREAD. THERE IS A BUS STOP IN THE AREA, THERE WAS MINIMAL TRASH AND DEBRIS, PLASTIC BOTTLES A FEW WRAPPERS AND ALL TRASH PICKED UP BY THE INSPECTOR. THE AREA WAS NOT AS BAD AS DESCRIBED. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
