08/26/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved APS called and did an inspection on the house. The owner was taken to the hospital yesterday and T.F.D. was on site with T.P.D. APS was concern on the condition of the interior of the house. The exterior has tall grass and weeds with some of the trees over grown. The interior had dogs and those were taken yesterday due to the condition of the house and no one will be in the house. The floor was filled with dog waste and urine with some of the covering being carpet. The house has signs of mold in closets and on the walls in the bedrooms in different areas. The house has some blockage to the windows in different areas and not filled to the window sills. The house has not been cleaned in a long time possible over a year. There was spider webs all through out the house. The electrical was removed at the meter due to the condition of the house. The ceilings are showing signs of roof leaks in different areas and has some patches also in different area where the roof leaked. The front door appears to have been forced opened at some time due to the jamb is split and missing some of the wood on the stricker side. The son is listed as the owner also as the owner was taken to the hospital. Will do the N.O.V. and leave on site. Did to the posting of Do Not Enter on the front windows. Was able to lock the house while on site and had to use the bag on the deadbolt to lock the front door. Did place screws on the front security door due to not able to secure due to a gap on the metal frame. Did take pictures before securing the property. Pima Animal Control was on site yesterday and 4-dogs were removed from the property. Did give a card to the person from APS to give the phone number to the son. Did give a N.O.V. on the tall grass and weeds and the trash and debris. Will check in 10 days. RV.
09/02/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The owner has called and the work has been done. Did stop by and check the property. The exterior has been cleaned, the interior of the house has been cleared of all the furniture and the carpets are being removed today. The garage has been cleared and has nothing inside the garage. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
