08/21/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Went back to the site and no one home and was able to check the pool area and was drained and the pool has been removed from the site. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
08/21/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Office called and has a 4' with out a barries. Arrived and the owner of the mobile home and the maintenance man were on site. There was a 4' above ground pool in the side yard towards the rear of the property. The owner was already in the process of draining the pool. Did go over on having a fence place around the pool if to remain on site. Did go over the size of the pool will require a permit to also remain on the property. Did have the steps in the pool and that was removed while on site. Due to the owner already draining the pool no N.O.V. was given. Did go over on not allowing the water to go onto the neighboring properties or the school in the rear of the property. The owner wanted to drain in the sewer drainage system and was advised that will not be allowed. The owner did have a pool cover and was placing the cover on the pool until drained. The owner was on his way to get a larger adaptor to drain the pool faster with a bigger hose. Will check around 4:00 PM today. The owner was advised if not drained will need to install a fence around the pool. RV.
