08/20/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved The mobile home park is having issues with the electrical on maintaining the amperage. They did call an electrician due to the the amperage is not equal and keeps changing. This mobile home park has had several fires on the property on the same side of the mobile home park. The power was removed at the disconnect until they can figure out what is going on. The electrician was on site before I left the site. The maintenance was on site and also the property manager for the mobile home park was also on site. The manager was being asked on placing the tenants that were with out electrical once the disconnect was removed. RV.
05/18/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The electrical system has been replaced or repaired through out the mobile home park and has been switched to the new system. The tenants that I talk to have no other complaints on the electrical and will be closing the case at this time. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
