09/10/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved VISITED SITE, FOUND PROPERTY SURROUNDED BY A 6FT BLOCK WALL AND I WAS UNABLE TO SEE INSIDE THE YARD AREA. GARBAGE CANS WERE OUTSIDE THE WALL READY FOR PICK UP, THEY WERE PLACED RIGHT UP AGAINST THE FRONT WALL AND WERE NOT BLOCKING THE SIDEWALK AREA. THERE WAS NO TRASH OR DEBRIS SURROUNDING THE TRASH CANS AND NO TRASH ON THE SIDEWALK AREA OBSTRUCTING USE OF THE SIDEWALK. THERE WERE NO VIOLATIONS. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
