I called the phone number in the inside of the container but was only the manufacter of the bin and not the owner. Was given another number and contacted someone out of Houston Tx Samantha who took my number and would forward the the Tucson contact and they would get back with me. Not blocking alley at this time was moved to the side of the alley. Will continue to work the case
