08/14/2020 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-13(b) ACCUMULATION OF REFUSE PROHIBITED. Each owner, lessee, tenant, resident or occupant shall maintain a property so it is free of accumulated refuse and debris. Accumulated refuse and debris means contained or uncontained refuse and debris that is present on the property in a manner not authorized by the Tucson Code. Material recycling facilities meeting the requirements of section 15-24.7 are exempt from this prohibition.
08/14/2020 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-13(h) OUTDOOR STORAGE Outdoor storage on residential properties is prohibited under the following conditions: 1. When stored in the front yard. 2. When stored in the side yard or rear yard and is not screened by a minimum five foot high solid wall or opaque fence. 3. When exceeds 25% of the total lot area. 4. When stored in an open covered porch that is visible from beyond the boundaries of the lot. 5. When stored in an open carport that is visible from beyond the boundaries of the lot where the amount of storage restricts an automobile from being properly stored within the carport. A double carport will require enough space to store two automobiles. 6. When storage items include garbage, refuse or debris.

In the process of removing a club house for the kids and was next to the property line. The front carport is filled with storage and the owner is stating that the items are being cleaned for a donation to be taken to. They do have some trash and debris behind the masonry wall and that will also be picked up. The owner is stating that someone has dumped the trash and debris behind the wall and the owner will pick it up. Will do a N.O.V. RV.
10/13/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Met with the owner and still in the process of cleaning the property. Has the carport cleaned and has a pile of items going to be picked up for donation. The owner is going to have a yard sale and going to empty the house. The storage room is still in place and will complete the demo in a month. Will check in 30 days. RV.
