08/05/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved No one home and the unit is on the second floor. Did meet with the manager on site at this time and found no work order for the AC not working. The manager did find where the contractor coming on Thursday to check the AC's not working was on the list to be check for tomorrow. Did try and call the tenant with no answer but was able to leave a message. Did ask the manager if the tenants had kids and she was not sure if kids were in the unit. Did leave a card for the manager to call when repaired. Will check tomorrow. RV.
01/20/2022 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved AC has been repaired to the unit and will be closing the case at this time. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
