Description:
We are in need of some assistance at an apartment complex, Commons on Stella (3206 S. Mann Ave). We have had multiple reports about the A/C not working. It was reported to us that their maintenance guy told one of the tenants that the cooler pads are green, that they slowed down the water to the unit so management could lower their water costs, and because of this, they are getting only hot air blown into their apartments. A tenant reported that they had to stay home from work for 4 days because of heat exhaustion due to lack of the cooling system not working. We have told them to contact the Arizona Housing for assistance on dealing with their management of the complex, but can we please send out a Code Enforcement Officer to go and look at this issue and speak to management about this?
