Did the posting of the paperwork on the rear unit that is attached to the front house. The rear structure is going to be secured. The rear unit had someone in the unit and was shooting a gun inside the unit. The shots went through the roof and the front door. Found no records of a permit or inspection done on the added structure. The interior is cluttered with items of the person living in the rear structure. The person was taken for evaluation and due to not able to locate the owner will be securing the rear structure. Did get another phone number to call and was able to leave a message. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have two doors secured. Did the posting of the paperwork and the Do Not Enter on the door to the unit of the rear structure. The front house is vacant and secured. The electrical was removed at the breaker at the main panel to the rear unit only. RV.
07/30/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Still not able to make contact with the owner and will be closing this case and have opened a case on the work with out permits for the area inspector Valdez. At this time the unit is vacant and secured and will be closing the case. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
