07/28/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Met with people that were in the unit. They did show where the water is leaking from the ceiling near the shower head. The water appears to be leaking when the upper unit is using the shower or the tub and has made a hole in the area patched. The area is stained further away from where the hole was made. The unit has roaches also and did not see the roaches at this time. I did meet with the management and they have been having issues getting into the unit to check the damage. They were going to the unit to check and look where the water is leaking from. Did go over the roaches and they were placed on the list for treatment for tomorrow. Will check in 10 days. RV.
08/27/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Went to the site and no one home. Have been calling and leaving messages and have not received a return call. Will call the management to check the status on the unit. RV.
