07/24/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved MET WITH MANAGER MARIA AT THE RECEPTION COUNTER AND EXPLAINED THE COMPLAINT. ASKED IF SHE COULD GIVE ME KEYS FOR 5 DIFFERNT ROOMS NOT NEAR EACH OTHER SO I COULD INSPECT THEM. MARIA CONTACTED STANLEY AND LEE ALSO MANAGERS WHO WALKED ME TO THE ROOMS 111, 112 ON THE OPPOSTE SIDE OF THE BUILDING AND 125. WE THEN WENT TO A SECOND BUILDING AND INSPECTED 304 AND 307 AND I CHECKED THE LAUNDRY AREA AS WELL. MY INSPECTION OF THE UNITS FOUND THEM TO BE OLDER UNITS BUT CLEAN AND ALL UNITS HAD SMOKE DETECTORS. I FOUND NO GLARING ISSUES. STANLEY EXPLAINED THE UNITS IN THE REAR THAT WE HAD JUST CHECKED WERE USED FOR THE GEM SHOW ONLY. STANLEY STATED THAT THE FOUR STORY UNIT IN THE FRONT WAS USED FOR GUESTS YEAR AROUND. WE OBTAINED KEYS FOR 3 EMPTY ROOMS AND AS WE WALKED THE HALLWAYS I FOUND THE HALLS TO BE CLEAN AND CHECKED ROOMS 104, 106, AND 212. ALL ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN AND NO FOUND NO ISSUES. LOBBY WAS VERY CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED. I WALKED THE FRONT EXTERIOR OF THE PROPERTY, I WALKED THE REAR COURT YARD AND POOL AREA AND FOUND THE GROUNDS TO BE CLEAN AND KEPT UP. NO SPECIFIC ROOMS WERE INDENTIFIED ON THE COMPLAINT FORM. MY INSPECTION DID NOT FIND ANY ISSUES WITH CLEANLINESS OR MAINTANENCE. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
