End Date Description Inspector Results Comments
10/21/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GOODMAN Approved PRIOR TO TODAYS INSPECTION, I HAD RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE OWNER STATING HE HAD SPOKEN WITH ZONING ADMINISTRATOR RUSSLYN WELLS, HAD MADE OTHER CONTACTS FOR PLACING THE HORSES AND REALIZED HE WOULD NEED AT LEAST 30 ADDITIONAL DAYS. THE EXTENSION WAS GRANTED. TODAYS INSPECTION FOUND THE HORSES STILL ON THE PROPERTY AND I STOPPED AND SPOKE WITH THE OWNER. HE STATED THAT AFTER SEARCHING FOR A PLACE TO STALEL THE HORSES THAT HE WOULD BE BETTER OFF BUYING HORSE PROPERTY. SO HE MOVED FORWARD WITH GETTING FUNDING AND DID BUY A PROPERTY. THE OWNERS OF THE PROPERTY HE PURCHASED FROM WERE TO CLOSE ON 10/13 BUT THE OWNERS ASKED FOR A ADDITIONAL 10 DAYS, SO THE CLOSING DATE IS NOW 10/23 JUST DAYS AWAY FROM TODAYS DATE AND HE THEN TAKES OVER THE PROPERTY ON THE 30TH OF OCTOBER. HE WILL THEN MOVE THE HORSES. BECAUSE OF THE LENGTHY PROCESS AND THE DUE DILIGENCE OF THE OWNER I WILL WAIT AND ALLOW THE OWNER TO COMPLETE THE PROCESS AND THEN CLOSE MY CASE.
11/06/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE GOODMAN Approved REVISITED SITE, FOUND THE HORSES HAD BEEN REMOVED AND PRIOR INSPECTIONS FOUND THE PILE OF MANURE AND THE ROOSTER ALSO HAD BEEN REMOVED. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
