CONTACTED MANAGER WHO STATED SHE WAS WORKING REMOTELY, SHE RECEIVED THE COMPLAINT LATE BUT ORDERED A NEW WINDOW FROM HOME DEPOTOVER A WEEK AGO AND IS STILL WAITING ON HOME DEPOT DELIVERY. MANAGER STATED WORKING WITH HOME DEPOT HAS BEEN A PAINFUL TASK THAT I CAN RELATE WITH FROM MY OWN EXPERIENCES. I WILL CONTACT MANAGER A 2ND TIME ON WED 07/22 TO FOLLOW UP ON THE WINDOW.
08/12/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE GOODMAN Approved VISITED SITE, FOUND A/C UNIT WAS BLOWING COLD AIR OUT OF THE REGISTERS. TEMP A/C WINDOW UNIT REMOVED AND WINDOW REPLACED. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
