07/16/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved No one home and left a card on the front door. Did find a travel trailer in the front of the house next to the carport area. Did have water and the electrical connected but no one in the trailer. Did make contact with the owner of the property and they had someone staying in the trailer but has left the property. The trailer is vacant and no one is staying in the trailer at this time. Did let the owner know that no one can stay in the trailer unless an approval from zoning if approved. But the owner stated that the brother of her husband has left the property and will remove the water and the electrical. Did let the owner know that the slideouts need to be pushed back into the trailer and made where no one can stay in the trailer. Will be done this weekend. Will check in 7 days. RV.
07/21/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The utilities have been removed and the slideouts have been pushed back into the trailer. The trailer is just parked on the property for storage at this time on the side of the carport. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
