TRIED ENTERING THE NORTH SIDE OF THE PARK BUT GATES WERE LOCKED AND I COULD NOT SEE FENCE FROM THE NORTH. TRIED WALKING THE NARROW ALLEY FROM THE SOUTH BUT FOUND THE ENTRANCE TO THAT ALLEY HAD BEEN ELIMINATED AND A NEW WROUGHT IRON FENCE WAS INSTALLED.
07/16/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE GOODMAN Approved i met with manager at trini alvarez golf course and received permission to walk the east side of the 1st fairway. management explained that parks and rec removed the old wire fencing that housed alot of trash and debris and tall grass and weeds. They have removed most of the trash and debris and are working north to south restructureing the coure so that the course is not so close to the neighbor hood property lines along the east side and they have installed wrought iron fencing from the north east corner of the park to Mr Williams south property line and added a gate behind Mr williams property(1323 w hualpai). All work being completed, is the property of the golf course, and I find no hazards or dangers caused by the fence, and do not understand why the caller would say it is unsafe.
