INSPECTOR WITNESSED THE DUMPING ACCURING WHILE ON SITE. INSPECTOR CONTACTED EMPLOYEE OF CHURCHES AND ASKED THEM TO REMOVED ALL THE DEBRIS ILLEGALLY DUMPED BY THERE BY THEM. INSPECTOR WILL RETURN IN A FEW HOURS AND ALL MUST BE REMOVED OR THEY MAY SEND PICTURES SHOWING THE CLEAN UP. IF NOT INSPECTOR WILL ISSUE COURT CITATION FOR ILLEGALLY DUMPING ONTO NEIGHBORING PROPERTY.
