08/06/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Have been to the property several times and has no generator at night. I have been by the property at night and no one was on the property. Did meet with the owner and he has 2-generators on site and both need work and not working at this time. The owner does go on the property at night to check due to the property has been broken into at night and the owner may have a flash light when on the property. I have talk to the owner during the day to go over on what is being called for on the property. The owner has issues with some of the neighbors and feels that they should come and talk to him if there is an issue on the property. At this time the case will be closed and monitored when driving by the property at night. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
