Description:
Yard sales on a daily basis, they keep most of the merchandise in the back yard. Back yard is a disaster with all the junk and all the dogs and puppies. Dog feces all over and is never cleaned up and now with the winds the foul smell is so strong that neighbors cannot enjoy their backyards. This is not healthy to all the neighbors especially those with breathing issues.
