06/29/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Communication called that T.P.D. on site with a house with min. housing conditions. Arrived and the units were still on site and have cleared the house. Did go inside due to all the windows on the exterior have been broken. Inside the drywall have holes through out the interior of the house. Has mattresses on the floor where people are sleeping on the mattresses. There is one bed in the back room where a fan was in the rear window to cool the house down. The electrical and the gas will be removed at the meters due to the house has been vandalized. T.P.D. made contact with the owner and she will not be coming to the site and is aware that the house will be boarded up due to the windows being broken. The owner stated that no one should be in the house. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the house secured. Did have some dogs on site and Pima Animal Comtrol Care called to pick up the dogs. The paperwork was posted on the front window on the plywood covering the window. Did post Do Not Enter on the front and rear of the house. The officer talk to a Tammy Decoopman who is the Power of Attorney for the owner. RV.
07/01/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Have talk to the grand daughter and they will be taking care of the house and making the needed repairs. The plywood has been removed from the rear of the house on the door and they will be re-securing the house. Did go over getting the property cleaned up and re-moving the vehicle in the driveway area. They have been inside the house to check the damage and will start the repairs in a few weeks. Did go over on keeping the house secured at all times and they will be checking the site once a week. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
