This 55+ community with some Section 8 residents often experiences water outages. Many times its hours/days at a time. Water pipes are old and need to be replaced. Boiler system does not function properly. Residents are experiencing no hot water very often(safety and health concern). There is no longer any outdoor seating available for elderly people who go for walks and may need to rest. No seats in lobby for people to wait for rides.
