06/21/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a fire at the rear of the mobile home. Arrived and the units have left the site. Did find T.E.P. on site and was checking the site and the mobile homes are carring current. The fire was on space #60. The chain link fencing was against the mobile home and the chain link fencing was burning cable lines on the fencing in different areas. The mobile home has no damage to the mobile home but can where the arcing was occuring on the mobile home. This was affecting other mobile homes. The disconnec was turned off to the section of mobile homes until an electrican come to the site to check the wiring. May have an open neutral due to the voltage are not equal. The maintenance man was on site and signed the paperwork. The mobile homes are owned by the people in the mobile homes. JMAC was on site when I left the site. RV,
06/24/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Had issues with some of the mobile homes yesterday and had to re-do the wiring to the pedistals for the mobile homes. Today all the units that were affected have been re-done and are working properly at this time. At this time the case will be closed. Will have to check on the permit that has been applied for and check on the payment and the issue status. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
