06/15/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Supervisor Martin Romero called that T.F.D. on site with a house fire. Arrived and the units were clearing and the fire investigators were on site checking for cause. The fire was trash and debris that was in the rear unit. No damage to the rear structure but the building has graffiti, and needs to be remodled. Lacking all the utilities to the property and have been off for some time. Has a house in front of the property with a small room in-between the house and the rear structure. Has a large pile of dirt in the middle of the property. None of the structures have been occupied for some time due to the condition of the structures. The structures have been secured several times by different inspectors. The owner has been called by inspector Valdez and has talk to the owner on doing something with the property or will be processing some paperwork on doing a demo on the property. Will be checking on a demo with the supervisor. Due to not able to make contact with the owner called Arcaiden Industries and Biff Baker Fence Company to the site to have the property secured. Posted the paperwork on the rear structure due to not able contact the owner. Did the posting of the paperwork and the Do Not Enter on the rear building on the rear door facing the alley. RV.
07/15/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The site was checked and was vacant and secured. No signs of the homeless people coming on the property since placing a lock and chain on the fence panel where the wires were kept being cut. The lock is still on site. The property is being checked on getting the structures demed. RV.
