06/12/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Communication called that T.F.D. on site with water damage to the building. Arrived and the fire units have cleared the site and the fire inspector was on site to show the damage. The company for the repairs to the sprinkler head was on site and making the needed repairs. The sprinkler head went off in room #234 with someone placing a clothes hanger on the head and went off. The room flooded #138, #136, #134, #133, #135, #137, #236, #233, #235. There were some other rooms check for water on the floor or dripping from the ceiling that were OK at this time #139, #130, #229, #231, #230, #232, #238, #239, #237. The hallway was being extracted by the maintenance crew and the contractor will re-do the areas that are currently being done to check for moisture in the carpet and the walls and ceilings. 2-rooms that were OK had the rooms occuppied and will be staying in the room but will be checking out in the morning. The people staying in the rooms were advised that the carpet will be wet in the morning when they leave. ATI has been called to come to the site to do the extracting and check for damage to the walls and ceilings. The manager was on site and signed the paperwork. The manager stated that ATI will be making the repairs and getting the permits. RV.
06/16/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The units are vacant and secured. The comple has a contractor working on the repairs already. The permit is going to be secured by the contractor. At this time the case will be closed. RV. RV.
