shed has been built not up to code ADDED 6/11/2020 Owner describes structure as a shed, but it is an Art Studio. Work done without permits. Owner says it will have A/C and lighting. The "shed" is 16" from the rear property line and the main property line as well. His rear property line is shared with an unimproved alley overgrown with weeds.
