Description:

Trash bins sit out on sidewalk daily. Multi different cars (visitors) constantly park blocking gate. Not sure if cars on front yard are working. We have already contacted "landlord" nothing being done.

Did call the owner and did let him know that the trash and the recycle containers need to be moved into the property when not in use for the pick up to be dumped. Also went over the J.M.V.'s in the front yard and the street and have been parked or stored for a long period of time. The owner will be calling the tenants to have the vehicles removed from the property and the containers kept in the yard area. Did leave a N.O.V. on the front metal security door for the tenants. While doing the N.O.V., 2-people came out of the house and don't live in the house but will tell the tenants on the vehicles and the trash containers. RV.
07/21/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Talk to the owner on the vehicles on the property. The owner will call the tenant due to he has advised that the vehicles need to be moved off the property due to not operable. RV.
