06/15/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE GOODMAN Approved RECIEVED CALL FROM ERNIE STEPHENS, I EXPLAINED OWNER HAS REMODELED THE TRAILER BY ADDING WINDOWS, STUCCOING THE OUTSIDE OF TRAILER, ADDED A NEW BLOCK STEPS ENTRY TO THE FRONT DOOR, AND GRADING AROUND THE EXTERIOR OF THE TRAILER. ERNIES RESPONSE WAS THAT DSD NO LONGER INSPECTS FOR WINDOWS, STUCCO, OR GRADOMG AROUND THE TRAILER IF IT IS FOR SIMPLE DRAINAGE. I ALSO SEXPLAINED THAT BLOCKS WERE ADDED AROUND THE BASE OF THE TRAILER TO ENCLOSE THE UNDERNEATH OF THE TRAILER BUT ALSO REMAINS ON THE ORIGINAL JACK STANDS. ERNIE AS I DID FEEL THAT WAS A ISSUE, AND THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE OF A ROOM ADDITION TO THE TRAILER. THERE ARE NO ISSUES WITH THE TRAILER OR THE PROPERTY. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
