Arrived and the units were still on site and were cleaning up. The fire investigators were on site checking for cause. The fire had multiple point of orgins and the bathroom was burned the most. The ceiling has no covering and has electrical wiring that is hanging all around the unit where the wiring is not secured. Did have broken windows on the rear of the unit and doors that have been kicked in to enter the unit. Did make contact with the owner and not able to come to the site. She will send someone in the morning to check the but not able to find someone to have the property secured today. The owner gave permission to have the property secured and call Arcaiden Industries to have the property secured. Has a unit in front that has smoke damage and the front door has been kicked in to check for fire in the unit and found no fire but did have smoke in the unit. Posted the paperwork on the rear door and did the Do Not Enter on the window on the rear next to the door. Did call T.E.P. to have the meter blanked due to the damager to the wiring in the fire area. The owner has just purchase the property and started to work on the unit just recently. RV. |
