05/07/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Communication from T.P.D. called that they are on site with on unknown issues on the property and need Code Enforcement. Arrived and all units still on site. A warrant was served and found that the water meter was off and still had water to the unit. The water meter has been tampered with and has a city lock and the blue paperwork is still in the box. The gas meter has been pinned for lack of payment also. The electrical has not been paid for for some time and only on due to the virus. Did turn the meter off for next door and the water was off for both units. A warrant is being requested for to check on how the water has been bi-passed to get water to the unit A from unit B. The property is City of Tucson property and call the housing department and they came to the site. The house is going to be secured on all opening and the locks will be changed by the maintenance department. Did do the posting on the plywood once it as install of Do Not Enter on 2-sides. The electrical was removed by T.E.P. and will require a permit. There some items are out of the house on the rear porch and the gate to the rear yard had a chain and lock placed on the gate. RV.
