05/06/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved T.P.D. called and on site with abused animals. Arrived and met with a detective on site. Did meet with the owner and did have a horse, goats, chickens and a rooster. Did go over that the horse needs to be removed, the male goat needs to be removed, and the rooster needs to be removed today. Did go over that the rooster is not allowed in Pima County city limits. The horse will be removed on Friday and will be moved to another location. They will check on the male goat. They have over 10 chickens and that put them over that count for the property allowed on the property. They will check on moving some chickens and work on the goats. Will check on Friday of next week on the status of the animals left on the property. RV.
05/19/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The rooster, the horse and the male goat have been removed from the property. The chicken coop is still on site and the stall for the goat is still on site. Did meet with the owner and will address the coop and the stall. Did go over on the size and have to be moved. Will check in 10 days. RV.
